At DuBoisLIVE, we believe in fostering meaningful conversations within our region. One of the best ways to share your thoughts, concerns, and opinions is through a "Letter to the Editor". We invite our audience to contribute their perspectives on local issues, area events, or topics of general interest that relate to folks in our region.
If you live, work, or own property in any of Clearfield, Jefferson, Elk, Clarion, Cameron, or Forest counties, you are eligible to submit a letter for consideration. This is your opportunity to engage with fellow readers, express your viewpoints, and be a part of the ongoing dialogue that shapes our region.
Letters should be concise, well-reasoned, and relevant to our readership. While we welcome a diverse range of opinions, submissions must be respectful and adhere to our editorial guidelines. We reserve the right to edit letters for clarity, grammar, and length (If this step is taken, you'll first be sent the proposed edit(s) for final approval.). Publication is at the discretion of the editor, and not all letters will be showcased.
To submit a letter, please include your full name, address, and phone number (for verification purposes). Anonymous letters or those without sufficient contact information will not be considered.

Below, you'll find a comprehensive list of online raffles being administered by area fire departments in our region; please help support them all! This is a win-win opportunity for both you and these fire companies as these fundraisers support their efforts while also giving you an opportunity to win prizes. Please participate responsibly and contribute only what you can responsibly afford to.

You are encouraged to click and follow the links to the social media pages of each department where you can become and stay aware of when drawings will take place. Additionally, "Like" or "Follow" their page(s) so both you can your area department will share a connection where you can then stay up to date with other events and missions they are undertaking throughout our region.
This list was meticulously first compiled by Dylan Greely and the Pine Creek Volunteer Fire Department and it was just too good not to build upon a little. The DuBoisLIVE team has added some photographs and concluded a couple of the raffles are sold out (but otherwise updated and maintained what was a very fine list to begin with). In the days and weeks to come, it is my hope to list a number of others until it grows to a complete list featuring all such raffles benefiting fire and ambulance services in our region (which includes all of the counties of Clearfield, Jefferson, Elk, Clarion, Cameron, and Forest).
Good luck!
