REYNOLDSVILLE: On February 17th, preliminary hearings and other proceedings were held before Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana.
Carl Wagner, 42, currently incarcerated at Jefferson County Jail, waived his right to a preliminary hearing. His case will now proceed to formal arraignment in the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas.
Wagner is charged with four counts of harassment, each classified as misdemeanors of the third degree, and one count of stalking, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
Bail is set at $10,000.
By waiving the preliminary hearing, Wagner did not contest the prosecution’s evidence at this stage. All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
