Kevin L. Sprankle, 49, DuBois, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at Penn Highlands in DuBois. He was born December 13, 1975 in DuBois, PA; the son of Judy (Thomas) Sprankle and Elmer Sprankle, both survive. He is also survived by a sister Kim Carulli and her husband Billy.
