ENTRIKEN: An evening of elegance, community, and purpose is planned this spring as the Penn Highlands Huntingdon Auxiliary hosts its 71st Annual Gala, themed “Spring Awakening: Hope in Bloom.” The formal fundraising event will take place on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at the Lake Raystown Resort and Conference Center, overlooking the scenic Raystown Lake region.

Organizers say the gala is designed to be both a celebratory night out and a meaningful way to support local healthcare. Proceeds from the event will directly benefit cancer care services at Penn Highlands Healthcare – Huntingdon, helping fund treatment advancements, equipment upgrades, transportation assistance for patients, and other critical needs.

An Evening of Dining, Dancing, and Giving

The gala begins at 5:00 p.m. with registration and a cocktail hour, followed by dinner and remarks from 6:15 to 7:30 p.m. The evening continues with dancing from 7:30 to 11:00 p.m., featuring live music by The Uptown Band. A silent auction and special fundraising experiences will run throughout the night, giving attendees multiple ways to support the cause.

Guests will enjoy a plated dinner with entrée options that include:

  • 8 oz. house-cut sirloin filet topped with whipped herb butter
  • Chicken piccata with lemon caper sauce
  • Eggplant parmesan over penne pasta
  • Special dietary accommodations upon request

Black-tie attire is preferred, adding to the formal atmosphere of the event.

Ways to Participate and Support

Individual gala reservations are available at $125 per person, with optional drink packages offered separately. Attendees and sponsors can also participate through the Auxiliary’s “Promise Keeper” sponsorship levels, which range from $400 to $4,000 and include reserved seating, drink packages, prize entries, and recognition in event materials.

The gala is co-chaired by Jonathan and Kimberly Reveley-Cohen, who are helping lead this year’s milestone event.

Reservations and sponsorship commitments must be submitted by February 27, 2026. Seating is arranged in tables of ten, and guests may request seating companions, though placement cannot be guaranteed due to demand.
