Our company is currently seeking a person to join our growing company as an Environmental Services Manager Trainee! We are in need of a person who is willing to learn, hard working, dependable, and responsible. Our training program is designed to take you through all the steps to become one of our own Account Managers. The Manager Trainee will be paid $450.00 weekly, but not only do they get paid for their time, they gain valuable resources into making them into an Account Manager. Once promoted to an Account Manager, your yearly salary will range from $26,000 - $35,000. The training programs runs from 1 month up to 6 months. We evaluate your learning process on a daily basis, and we are not afraid to give more time and knowledge if needed. The trainee will learn all the processes of Environmental Services in a nursing home setting. Information that will be taught to the trainee include, housekeeping services, laundry services, floor care, payroll, scheduling, ordering of supplies, reports, OSHA, work mans comp., infection control, budgeting, time management and much more. People from Account Managers up to Regional District Managers and beyond have all started as a Manager Trainee.
